If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, without providing a reason, in accordance with Paddle’s policy:
- The 14-day period begins the day after you complete your purchase.
- To request a refund or cancellation, you must contact us at support@topdeliverability.com within the 14-day period.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation request.
Exceptions:
- Digital Content: If the product or service is digital content and you have started to download, stream, or otherwise access it, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw and request a refund once the download or transmission has begun.
- Subscription Renewals: The 14-day right of cancellation applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not to subsequent automatic renewals.
